With a Ph.D. in Christian Education and decades of ministry experience, Dr. Wilburn leads Tributary Global Institute with spiritual wisdom, academic excellence, and a heart to see emerging leaders thrive. As Dean, she is committed to fostering a nurturing, Spirit-led environment where every student is challenged to grow, lead, and walk in purpose.
