Tributary Global Institute – General Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms By enrolling in any program, course, class, or event (“Course”), you (“Participant”) agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is between you and Tributary Global Institute (TGI).

2. Program Description TGI provides live and on-demand educational programs, both paid and free, designed to equip leaders for ministry, business, and personal development. Course content, dates, and instructors may be updated or changed with notice to ensure the highest quality learning experience.

3. Enrollment & Payment • Paid Courses: Full payment is required at registration unless otherwise stated. • Free Courses: Registration is still required to access content. • Payment Methods: Payments are processed through TGI’s secure payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent). • Discounts & Promotions: Any applicable discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be credited after registration is complete. • Non-Transferable Enrollment: Registration is non-transferable unless approved in writing by TGI prior to the start of the Course.

4. Attendance & Participation Participants are encouraged to attend live sessions (if applicable) and actively engage in discussions and assignments. Failure to attend a session does not constitute grounds for a refund. Session recordings may be provided for a limited time at TGI’s discretion. Participants are expected to engage respectfully in all discussions, chat forums, and group activities.

5. Technology Requirements Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection, a device capable of streaming video and participating in live sessions, and updated software (browser, Zoom/TrainerCentral app if applicable). TGI is not responsible for access issues caused by participant hardware, internet connectivity, or software configurations.

6. Completion & Certificates Certain Courses may award Certificates of Completion or Continuing Education credit. Requirements for completion (attendance, assignments, quizzes) will be clearly stated for each Course. Certificates are granted only when requirements are met within the designated time frame.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy • Paid Courses: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of registration AND before the first class/session begins — whichever comes first. If you register within 7 days of the course start date, tuition becomes non-refundable immediately upon registration. Once a paid class begins, tuition is non-refundable regardless of attendance or participation. • Program Cancellation: If TGI cancels a Course, participants will receive a full refund (if paid). • Free Courses: There are no refunds, but participants may withdraw at any time.

8. Intellectual Property All course materials, slides, recordings, and resources provided by TGI remain the property of TGI. Participants may use materials for personal study but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell content without prior written permission.

9. Recording Consent By enrolling, participants consent to being present in a recorded environment. Recordings may be shared with other participants for educational purposes and may be used for future training, marketing, or promotional purposes, with personally identifiable information removed when appropriate.

10. Code of Conduct Participants must treat instructors and fellow participants with respect. TGI reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in disruptive, offensive, or harmful behavior without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure TGI is not responsible for technical difficulties beyond its control (internet outages, platform failure, device malfunction), loss of access due to participant error, or delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by events outside its reasonable control (natural disasters, illness, emergencies). TGI shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.

12. Privacy & Communications Participant information is used only for program administration, certificates, and relevant TGI communications. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.

13. Agreement By registering for any TGI Course,  you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
